郭文佳,女,汉族,中国共产党员,研究员,博士生导师。现任中国民族卫生协会培训部肿瘤学科专家组特邀专家,中国人体健康科技促进会人类遗传资源保护与合理利用专业委员会常委,中国医药技术协会组织生物样本库分会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤病因学专业委员会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤样本整合研究分会委员,新疆抗癌协会肿瘤人工智能专业委员会常委,新疆抗癌协会肿瘤科普防治专业委员会常委,新疆抗癌协会骨与软组织肿瘤专业委员会常委。作为负责人组建的大规模的新疆肿瘤生物样本库,是新疆地区最大的肿瘤样本库,在国家级、省部级等科研项目的立项和实施上,起到了重要的基础支撑作用。研究成果获2022年自治区科技进步一等奖(第三完成人)。
专业擅长:
主要从事恶性肿瘤基因组与基因组生物学研究,聚焦于构建实用有效的高危人群识别、癌变风险预测及进展风险预测模型,以分子遗传学、分子病理学及多维组学大数据库建立和分析等前沿技术为中心,深入挖掘恶性肿瘤基因组动态演进的分子机制,致力于揭示个性化精准治疗的潜在靶
